WELCOME TO THE TRI-METRO DENTAL ASSISTANTS SOCIETY The three Twin Cities locals (No. Suburban, So. Suburban, and St. Paul) have now formally merged into one large group - The Tri Metro Dental Assistants. We encourage you to come to our meetings, possibly become an officer and begin promoting your chosen profession. Having a strong network of dental assistant friends is very advantageous in these uncertain economic times. Most dental office positions aren't advertised in the paper, we always have job postings announced at our meetings. Our MDAA website is up and running, we welcome info that you would like posted on it, it's the place to get up to date info on our next meeting times, place, speakers, and # of credits, etc. Our Minnesota members of ADAA have a long history of involvement in the national organization. In the past 10 years we have had Kathy Zwieg, Deb VonAlman, and now Natalie Kaweckyj as national presidents of ADAA. All of them have also served as 7th District Trustee, representing North and South Dakotas, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Becoming active in your local dental assistants' society can be the 1st step in a life changing climb up the ladder of success in ADAA. Ask any of the ladies listed above how their participation in ADAA has enriched their lives, given them travel opportunities and enabled them to make friends in the dental profession from all around the world! Feel free to call any of the Tri Metro officers or directors if you have questions about membership, meetings, or a dental position you are seeking. A warm welcome to our Tri Metro meetings, we look forward to seeing you this fall. Karen Bergstrom - Secretary/Treasurer Tri Metro Dental Assistants
Local societies – please forward your local information to Nan Starzecki to be placed on our website.
